$20,000 in Camperships available for youth, adults, & families!
In the midst of so many economic challenges, Camp Perkins is doing everything possible to assure that every child can attend summer camp. Don’t let finances separate your child or family from this life changing experience. In 2008 Camp Perkins gave away more than $9,000, impacting more than 350 families with a need. This year Camp Perkins has set aside $20,000 for Camperships… that’s right $20,000! That’s more than double the amount given to families in need in 2008. Think of this as our very own stimulus package so No Child is Left Inside!
Snow School and Outdoor Education
Our fall outdoor education has been a huge success! Four schools attended camp this fall to learn more about God's creation, how to enjoy it, and how to care for it.
We are excited to partner with the Winter Wildlands Alliance to offer SnowSchool starting this winter. SnowSchool expands our current outdoor education options to allow individuals to learn about winter ecology and recreation at Camp Perkins.
