Administrative Assistant: Operations - Year-round Part-time staff
The Camp Perkins Operations Administrative Assistant, working in coordination with the Operations Director and full-time staff, provides administrative support for the operational systems of Camp Perkins. This part-time position helps support guest reservations, contracts, registrations, communications, records, volunteer documentation, and other administrative workflows that help the ministry run smoothly.
The Operations Administrative Assistant is an important behind-the-scenes role that helps keep communication timely, records accurate, and operational details organized. This position supports the daily ministry of Camp Perkins by helping staff, guests, families, volunteers, and retreat groups receive clear and helpful information.
A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, dependable, organized, comfortable with computer systems, and able to communicate professionally and warmly. This role requires someone who can manage administrative tasks, follow through carefully, and work well with a team even when working remotely.
The Operations Administrative Assistant works closely with the Operations Director and may also support the Program & Hospitality Manager, Maintenance Manager, Food Service Manager, and Executive Director with operational records and communication needs.
This is a part-time, hourly position, averaging approximately 20 hours per week. The role may be primarily remote, though some on-site time may be helpful or requested for training, special projects, or high-use ministry seasons.
