Administrative Assistant: Development - Year-round Part-time staff
The Camp Perkins Development Administrative Assistant, working in coordination with the Development Director and Executive Director, provides administrative support for donor stewardship, gift processing, donor records, campaign tracking, grant support, acknowledgements, and development-related financial documentation.
This part-time position helps ensure that donors are thanked promptly, records are accurate, campaign information is organized, and development systems support the long-term ministry of Camp Perkins. The Development Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting annual giving, donor relationships, grants, planned giving, and future capital campaign work.
A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, comfortable with database and spreadsheet work, and able to communicate with warmth and professionalism. This role requires someone who understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, follow-through, and thoughtful donor care.
The Development Administrative Assistant works closely with the Development Director and may also support the Executive Director with donor records, campaign tracking, reports, and administrative preparation for development and fundraising efforts.
This is a part-time, hourly position, averaging approximately 20 hours per week. The role may be primarily remote, though some on-site time may be helpful or requested for training, special projects, donor events, or campaign-related work.
